Those who wish to avail of school transport facilities will have to apply in the prescribed form, which will be provided subject to the availability of the facility and on a priority basis. Transport will be available on the routes charted by the Transport Section of the school at the beginning of every academic year. The child will be picked up from or dropped off at the spots decided by the Transport Section at the time of registration.
The transport charges are fixed and have to be paid three months in advance. There will be no reduction in the fee for the leave period or lower charges for one-way use of the bus. The fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Requests for cancellation or withdrawal of school transport services are to be submitted one month in advance on the prescribed application form.
